How these are worked out
Delivered price is the record price plus a heater where one is sold separately, so a cabin that arrives without its heater is not compared against one that arrives with it. Cost per session divides the delivered price across the session assumptions stated below. Both derive from the record; neither is typed by hand.
Assumptions: electricity at $0.17 per kWh (US average), cost per session over 3 years at about 1 session per week (price divided by 156), sauna running cost at a 30-minute session. These are estimates for comparison, not quotes.

| Ownership | What it means |
|---|---|
| Upkeep | A dry microfiber wipe over the diodes with the device unplugged, and airflow kept clear: the panel is not run pressed against soft furniture, and the fan intake is kept free of lint. Cords, housing and hinges get a longer look about once a week. |
| What you rebuy | Nothing |
| Service life | Diodes are rated around 50,000 hours, which Mito Red states for its own panels under a 2 year warranty. The sources are explicit that the diodes are usually not what fails first: dust, blocked airflow, hot storage and cord stress are what end a panel. No source states a percentage of output lost per year, so none is given here. |
| Where they fail | Fans clogged with lint, and heat trapped by running the panel against a soft surface; Power cords and plugs, stressed by being pulled at an angle; Internal switches, batteries and housing, which the sources put ahead of the diodes |
These apply to the class, not to this record alone, and they are sourced from the manufacturer guidance for it. Anything a source does not state is left out rather than estimated.
